I specifically remember the Simpsons episode when Lisa got Malibu Stacey dolls somehow improperly (Homer was gambling with Bart??? I can't remember) - and that Malibu Stacey had an Alfa Romeo.
I don't think they showed the car, but Lisa definitely mentioned it in her dialog with the Malibu Stacey doll...

I do, however, remember an early episode of Futurama, in which one of
the main characters bought a new "Beta Romeo," billed by the dealer
as the "sexiest car in the universe." Later in the episode, it ran
out of gas...
