Milano headliner removal????

I'm trying to figure out how to get at the electrical bits beneath the
window switches and map light at the front center of the headliner. I
have a radar detector I'd like to power via a tap off of the electrical
and ground wires that I'm sure are back there. I haven't been able to
figure out how remove the plastic bin or headliner to get back there. Anyone
know how to do this? Thanks, Derek
