That makes some sense...it had not occurred to me that the add-on body pieces also included a spoiler. Back to my bottle of grappa, I've got some engineering work to do!

require a stronger spring to hold the trunk (boot) lid up. Once you've lifted a 164
trunk (boot) lid with a spoiler on it without the assistance of springs or struts
