GTV6 Starts hard when warm

My GTV6 3.0 has been trouble free for the past year but over the past week, 
its been a bear to start after being run a few miles then let sit for an hour 
or three, on a mild day. Eventually it wil start, roughlly, then even out 
when revved and driven. Cold starts (left overnight) are just wonderful, no 
problem. I've cleaned the contacts and connectors running into the big water 
hose connection near the radiators. I checked for spark and I have plenty of 
that (altho I checked spark when the engine was cold). The plug I pulled (#5) 
had a very whitish color--does that signify anything that could be related to 
this problem? Anyone have any other ideas?
