A couple of years ago, one of my suppliers told me that he personally
witnessed Car brake discs being put into ATE boxes at the Car factory.  So
in other words, Car make brake discs for ATE, who make brake discs for
Alfa; if you buy Car, you are buying original.  Whether this was always the
case, or always will be, I don't know.
