The rain gutters trim is held on by screws and mastic.  You will need to take 
off the pieces that hold on the rubber door weatherstrip.  Be very careful 
removing the piece, as it is long and really not very substantial.  Even 
harder to remove is the interior trim that goes from the bottom of the door 
to the back of the back seat.  You can really get that one bent our of shape 
easily.

The rear quarter windows are held on by three screws that are accessed under 
the sealer that is under the piece that holds on the rubber door 
weatherstrip.  You will probably want to renew the rubber "hinges" when you 
reinstall the rear window.
