Spider tires sizes -- again

Excellent decision to keep the Campagnolo wheels.  The chosen tire size
isn't quite on target, however.  The correct sizes are 185/70-14 or
195/65-14.  A 195/60 tire is too short, so it effectively shortens the
final drive ratio, causing the engine to run at higher RPM at any given speed.
