Heat on the middle vents?

The only way to get heat out of the center vents is to turn the AC blower
on. The AC air pick-up is almost on the floor and will pick up the heat. I
use it to defrost the side windows. Some times you need to turn the AC on
low so it dries the air before blowing on the side windows.
