For those who must know, I run 20W-50 Valvoline, sometimes Castol GTX,
in my 120K miles Alfetta.  I accede that syntho-stuff may be better oil,
but I am considering the cost difference, and the net savings, relating
to engine work.  Under the old, "Pay me now, or pay me later" adage.  My
choice.
