pulling liners

This is the easiest tool to make.....get a 1/4' steel plate large enough to cover 4 head studs......next get a 1/4" x 11/2" piece of steel and put and old liner on top and scribeapound thebase of the liner.....cut it off and grind/file to the scribe marks......drill a 3/8" hole in both steel pieces, get a length of 3/8 allthread and turn the top nut to pull the liner up.
