Lap Belt guide

I have a 73 Spider that had the carpet replaced by the PO. The Lap 
belts are fairly useless right now because the metal guide
That I guess mounts somewhere on the floor near the seat to guide 
the belt over your lap is not attached, and I have not been able 
to figure out where they are supposed to mount. 

I have not been able to find it diagramed anywhere, could anyone 
describe where and how they are mounted, or send me a picture?
