Still not sure I get it.increasing the rear bias will make the brake 
more prone to locking, and they're also going to be more prone to 
locking with a light fuel load, right?  So wouldn't you want to 
compensate by shifting the bias forward as you burn off fuel, to 
avoid locking the rear brakes prematurely?
