Window Cleaning

There are a number of different things which may cause this problem, oil, 
grease, wax, etc.  Couple of easy things to try.  Vinegar 50:50 with water or 
lighter fluid.  For lighter fluid pour onto a clean cloth and wipe over the 
glass, leave 5 minutes and then rinse with water, follow up with your choice 
of glass cleaner.  If you use vinegar, dont let it get on your paintwork or 
it will strip the wax.
