164 Rear Trailing Arm Bushes

Has anybody replaced the bushings where the rear trailing arms bolt to the
hub carrier?

I have the Superpro bushes ready to replace the trailing arm bushes.
Superpro do not make a bush for the hub carrier end (unless one of the
"universal" fitments is correct?).  I notice that Powerflex in the UK now
make this bush.

It seems odd the replace all bushings, but leave these ones in place.  Has
anybody replaced them?  What was the procedure, and which replacements did
you use?
