Grappa and coffe.



Dear all,

The tipical italian coffee habbit is to order an espresso and a Sambuca 
(Dark liquer). first they drink the coffe and as of every right coffee (not 
this black soft water the americans call coffee, real one!)  their stays 
some residu into the cup. They then mix a bit of the sambuca into the 
coffeecup drink it, and get this way the residu out and a very nice taste.

Btw, grappa is not firewater, you have to be used to it and you have to 
love strong but fine tastes (like real beer instead of water mixed so 
called premium... or nice fresh made food or a good wine).
