I was highly considering joining AROC this year. Guess not.  Just be a 
digester. Until we have to pay for this.  But wait, Wasn't someone trying to 
solicite earlier.  Don't work, I understand trying to help out  off setting 
the costs to the administrator.  Put as long as I remember, You don't PAY 
volunteers. You shower them with gifts.
