If you are speaking of a 12 valve V6 then the wire
harness and ECU will set you back $500.  
But be aware that dropping a V6 into a spider is no
easy task.  You need to mate the engine to the trans,
and you must find a way to clear the lower cross
member.  This is in addition to all the obvious wiring
and plumbing you must convert.  I actually saw a car
which had the crossmember cut out to clear the engine
sump!  Of course this car will be on it's way to the
junkyard (oh wait, that's us!) as soon as it hits a
bump in the road.
So if you want to do this this year, you'd better
start soon.
