164 oil consumption estimate revised

Come to think of it my 164 doesn't use that much oil. The synthetic needs 
changing once per year or 16,000 km (10,000 miles) so it's hard to remember 
how much it uses. I put about 4 litres in between changes, more in summer 
than in winter. That averages about one litre per 4,000 km which is pretty 
darned respectable. My 86 SAAB 9000 Turbo uses more than that!
