I made one myself.

The good news It only cost about 5 dollars.  I used a old handle from a gun
cleaning kit. 3 pieces of metal, 2 were 3" high, 1/2 deep and 1/8 inch wide
(just big enough to fit in the locking ring grove) and one smaller piece to
keep the 2 parts that will fit in the locking ring groves apart. The metal
comes in a longish rectangular shape that is available at Home depot.

Lay it all out on your bench, use liberal amounts for JB weld. It will
looks like a "T" attached to the bottom of a "U".
