Tess,

I think you should mount one on either side in the scallops, that way they
would be nice and streamlined and as an added bonus,
if you had a release hooked up you could cut them loose when you reached the
desired speed and the spacing would be such that you could conceivably take
out an Expedition and an Excursion simultaneously with their release.
