bottom wishbone bushes - 105

Does anyone have any advice for replacing the bottom wishbone bushes on my 73
GTV? The parts came today and they look like they are too big to push in with
my 31/2" vise. They also look like the old ones may be hard to cut out with a
hacksaw as there is a lot of metal and not much rubber showing. Do I need to
take the wishbones to a shop?
