RE: Frozen non-closing Doors (Milano)
Alan,
I had this happen when I had my Milano some years ago. I sprayed liberal
quantities of de-icer everywhere until some of it caught. What worked best
for the rear doors was to spray de-icer through the gap in the outside
window trim surrounding the fixed rear quarter window, right above the door
handle. The de-icer ran down the inside of the door panel and freed the lock
mechanism. No other angle of attack worked quite as well for me. It made
sense to me after I realized that the water that froze things up got in the
same way. YMMV.

Subject: Frozen non-closing Doors (Milano)
I've had 2 Milano's and being in NJ every winter when it gets real cold out
they'll freeze. The doors open, but won't close. They just bounce off the
lock pin and there nothing you can do until they warm up. I've tried lubing
it up, de-icing it etc.
If anyone has a solution for this problem I would sure like to know about
it.
