Confusion - 73 GTV

This is probably the first of many appeals for assistance.

I disassembled my to renew and repaint everything. That went fine. I had
marked the parts left and right, but upon reassembly I noticed in the
parts book two things. One; the lower control arm halves are two
different animals, which goes where? Two; The lower control arm inner
bearings are definetly directional, but which way? I'm sure you could
sort this out with some trial and error. I prefer to consult the great
knowledge pool that is the digest.
