spider "Mounts"

Well, it's time to replace the motor mounts. Driving today, a strange
sound, only could be the fan hitting, uh, something. Inspection
revealed that the fan had a crack. Needless to say, I'm going
to replace the fan & mounts, but is there anything else that 
should be replaced at the same time?

I wanted to replace the transmission mounts  at the same time as 
the
motor mounts - I know there's the big "spring bushing" and the two 
smaller "exaust pipe - transmission bracket" bushings. Are there
any other pieces that should be replaced? Also, how does one replace
these bushings? Is it a "burn out the rubber, hacksaw out the metal,
push the new bushing in with a c-clamp" replacement, or is it more
difficult??
