Henry Kim wrote of his confusion about whether to get an Alfa or a Mini
as a fun car. I have a simple, Italian solution- An Innocenti. Innocenti
is an Italian auto maker who built Minis under license for the domestic
market. Check out www.inno-mini-world.com/ for photos and information
about these cars. OK, it's not an Alfa, but still an interesting piece
of automotive history. At least I didn't suggest Henry seek out an
Alfa-built Renault Dauphine (which my father forced the family to suffer
with in the 60s).
