Not to turn this into the virus discussion list, but one of the things I
recall about BADTRANS is that while it is active it captures keystrokes,
passwords, etc.

Therefore, while you may have cleaned the virus off your system, somebody
may already have gotten some of your passwords.

I'd recommend changing all of them, asap.
