The example above does assume that 1962cc is the swept volume.

As for the 9:1 compression ratio, I grabbed that figure from
Fusi's specification for a '76 Alfetta GTV 2000, just for the
purposes of example.  I don't know specifically which "2 litre" we
are talking about.
