Scratch that... at BDC the total volume of the cylinder is
obviously the sum of the swept volume AND combustion chamber
volume!  I must be losing it...

   Vswept + Vchamber
   ----------------- = compression ratio
       Vchamber

so

    490.5 + Vchamber     9
   ----------------- =  ---
        Vchamber         1

Vchamber = 61.3125cc.
