Only if the compression ratio is 1:1. :-)  Your calculation gives the size
of a single cylinder, Henrik, not the size of the combustion chamber with
the piston at TDC.  This can be roughly estimated by dividing the cylinder
size by the factory compression ratio, so it should be about 54cc for a
9:1 ratio.
