Ah yes, the case of the disappearing tool kit. My 91L had no tool kit when 
delivered new. This was discovered when I removed the temporary spare to 
clean the well. Not only was the Styrofoam tool kit missing but the round 
trunk seal had been punched out from below. My guess is somewhere in the 
delivery system (probably in Italy) an enterprising thief was punching out 
the spare tire well cover from under the car and removing the tool kit. 
Maybe even reselling the kits to the factory supplier! (crappy little tools 
they are)
