These do exist:
I've got a nice model of a 164 that my father picked up for
me in France a couple of years ago.  It's 1:43 1994 164Q4,
made by Alezan.  It's a fairly nice piece, with a well
detailed interior (considering the size of the thing), and
good exterior detail even down to the headlight washers and
the little bumps in the side skirts that indicate the
locations of the jacking points.  Sorry, can't tell you
where to find one...
