GTV6 caster rod question

Here's another question for somebody:  Can anyone tell me the sizes 
of the two wrenches that one needs to adjust the caster on the GTV6? 
In other words, what are the sizes of the flatted region on the 
caster rod's threaded adjustment sleeve, and of the associated 
locknuts?
