Rain & Spider seat is soaking wet????

Hello all,
 The top is new, all parts are new but the top is dripping into the car by an indentation of the top & the vent window (stopper). The indentation is like a drain going straight to inside the car. How do I fix this? Any tip & trick? It's ridiculous to put the car in the garage on rainy days. There must be a better way for the top to withstand the rain, or isn't there?
