Mr Glenn Wassermann wants to know:

Well, depends.  If it's a fuse, yes.  If it's corroded connections, yes.  If 
you find it's a faulty backup light switch, no.  It's inside the bellhousing, 
Glenn.  How's your clutch holding out?  That's when I had my backup lights 
finally fixed!
