164 lug bolt sizing

Probably someone put lug bolts for steel wheels on by mistake. The steel 
wheels are of course thinner than the alloys and standard lug bolts bottom 
out in the hub. So for the steel rims Alfa supplies shorter bolts. The 
steel wheel bolts should be black and the alloy wheel bolts silvery. Check 
out the space saver spare and you'll see the spacers welded on to the bolt 
holes to allow use of the longer bolts for this steel rim.
