Milano/ALfa 75 parts / Headlight aiming

To our European Digesti: 

1.      Is there a source for Alfa 75/Milano parts across the pond?  I
need front door seals and some other rubber parts and those don't seem
to be in any of the US after market catalogs.

To anyone who can answer: 

2.      There used to be a headlight aiming device that one could buy in
auto parts stored that used the three little tabs on teh front side of
US headlights for aiming   Anybody seen one around lately?  My Milano
needs its "eyes" pointed in the right direction badly.  How tough is it
to fit European headlights to a MIlano.  I have H4 Headlights in my
Spider and the are soooo much better than the US versions!
