re: alfa vs gtwe6

hi all,

differences between these cars have awredy been well hashed-out, imo, but tessie made some references to costs, which had me tinking...  if i could afford a well-sorted older 911, i tink i'd have to go out & purchase a de tomaso pantera. (which is what i did!)  if i could afford a brand-gnu 911, i'd have to go out and purchase a twin-turbo we8 lotus esprit...  

as far as cars more *similar* to the gtwe6, years ago, before i had done *any* mods to my then-stock gtwe6, i was gonna trade it on a wery nice, well-kept, bargain-priced 944 turbo.  until i ackshully drove it.  i drove back home in my gtwe6 w/renewed admiration...  ;~)
