DOT Recall (was 91 Spider Steering box adjustment???)

The recall notice could be interpreted as a flaw in the Pitman Arm or Idler
Arm and not the steering box. Unless, of course there was supposed to be a
comma after 'steering box'. Considering the number of typos (they even spelled
idler wrong), the only way to be sure what it means is to know the factory
fix. Anybody?
