Been there done that with the Milano manual (mine was from IAP). The book
that fills in all the gaps (LSD excepted) is the Mechanical Units manual,
which is Mercian reprint. It covers for the following cars: Alfetta, 116
Giulietta, 116 coupe, 90

front and rear suspension (both 4s and 6)
steering (both power and unassisted)
brakes (both 4s and 6s)
drive shaft (not sure if the adjustable length 6-cyl version is covered)
clutch (both single and twin plate)
transaxle (both diff types, but not LSD)

I can't confirm that it covers the isostatic shifter, but have a vague
recollection of it (the 90 is isostatic).

I'd check, but my copy is inconveniently located at home (currently 24 hours
plane travel away).
