Otto argues that we should take the impending closure of one parts dealer
(Eriminas), who is a paradigm of
exemplary service and customer satisfaction,  as a warning not to complain
about other dealers who are the
exact opposite.  The connection seems tenuous, at best - surely Eriminas is
not closing because of complaints!

He does raise the interesting side question of whether current Alfa new
parts suppliers will be permitted to continue
to sell parts after the GM Alfa dealerships appear.  AFAIK, this has not
happened with Saab or even Chevy parts,
so it seems unlikely w/r to Alfa parts.
