Brake Light, 86 Spider

Yesterday on my way to work, the brake light came on while I was driving on
the highway.  It stayed on for a short time, flickered, then went out.  A few
miles later it did the same thing...lit for a short while, flickered, went
out.
What should I look for to be the culprit/cause?  Emergency brake, Front
brakes, Rear brakes, all the above??
