DOLLARS FIVE MILLION, TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FOUR AND 00/100 US DOLLARS (USD$5,025,434.00) FIVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN AND 0/100 U.S. DOLLARS (USD$6,420,00,0005,610,897.00) (the "Commitment") for the sole purpose of making the downpayment due to BHT pursuant to the Contract.  Disbursement of proceeds on the Loan shall be made directly to BHT by the Lender on behalf of Borrower.
