Spider speedo disassembly

I am looking for help on taking the speedo apart on my 82 spider.  It has 
the dual pod style dash with the mechanical linkeage speedometer.

All I would like to do is remove the glass on the speedo in order to remove 
the peg that stops the needle at 85 mph.  Hopefully, this way the mechanical 
linkeage won't break next time I take the car on a high speed run.

I'd like to remove and then replace the glass cover on the speedometer 
without causing any further damage, but I have no idea where to start.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
