Jay and others,

Is this the green one I looked up on Google?  If so,
I'm glad you're wanting to take on this project.  It's
been for sale for a long time.  I think it may be the
same Zagato I saw go through the Rick Cole Auction
four years ago in Monterey, CA.  Let us listers know
if you get the car and keep us posted of your
progress.  Even though we're an Alfa list, I sure
wouldn't mind updates on such an interesting V-4
italian car.

Second,  I don't have much of a reply from Roland
Ducommun,  so,  his

answer someone
locally.  He might be thinking I am too far away to
take seriously.  

The car in question is a Lancia Appia Zagato,  3rd
Series,  i
believe.  There are net photos of the car,  I found
this car
haphardardly by searching www.google.com,  using key
words Lancia
Appia or Lancia Appia Zagato.

Now,  don't cha all go buying this car afore I have a
decent chance.
