Moisture gets into the sealed unit when the heated air inside cools and 
sucks moisture back in through the tinyest openings.   Happens a lot with
fog lights.  With Lights on  it does heat the inside air pushing it out
through tiny openings, then cooling sucks moisture back in.  Fred Di Matteo
