Remember, even if you have a less than acceptable payout from the other
guys' insurance company you still have the option of sueing the other driver
for the difference in small claims court.  Accepting the insurance offer
only limits their liability, the other driver can still be liable for any
difference...if you can convince a judge.  might even be easier that dealing
with the insurance company.
