What's a TSpark head worth?

Howdy y'all,

A friend is planning to visit from Ireland, and I suggested he carry a
TSpark head over here in his baggge. He's going to San Francisco, and I'm
curious what he could sell it for. Besides the cylinder head, he would also
need to bring the timing cover, correct? Anything else to make the swap
easier? Any particular TS head more desirable than others?
