Wheel Torque Amount???????

I just had a brain flutter.  I am putting my spider wheels back on and can't
remember the correct torque.  80 ft.lbs. sounds familiar, but found an old
document that said 59.8.  In all the paperwork I have, I can't find this
simple figure.

Can anyone help????????????
