1750 flasher problem

If the turn signal bulbs are all OK, I'd suspect the flasher unit itself.
I've seen them freeze, smoke, burn up, otherwise stop working, etc.,
especially non-original aftermarket ones.  I think if you were having a
wiring problem to the lights themselves, the flashing would be slower or not
at all.
