'94 spider for sale

Alfisit,
  There is a 1994 Spider Veloce CE (Comemorative Edition) for sale here in 
Houston.  It is red with black interior and black canvas top.  It has 195/60 
R15 (HP)  new Pirelli tires and 37,000 miles on it's odometer.  It is a 5 
speed.  There were only 190 of these cars produced, this one has a signed 
letter documenting that it is # 16.
  I have seen and driven the car.  it is immaculate !  It has had only one 
owner.  It needs nothing but a good new home.
The owner wishes the car to go to a good Alfa household, that is how i am 
involved.
  The asking price is $12,000.
